No guarantees
We do not guarantee that a connection will be approved, that a porting request will succeed, that a service will be available at a particular address, or that any process will complete within a particular time. Those outcomes are determined by the operator and by applicable regulation.
Payments and fraud
No payment is taken through this website. We will never ask you for an OTP, a PIN, a password or a transfer to a personal account. If anyone contacts you claiming to be us and asks for any of those things, do not comply — contact us directly using the details on the contact page.
