SIM support

Lost SIM, damaged SIM, no signal, or a number that suddenly stopped working. Start here and we will tell you what can be done.

If your SIM has been lost or stolen, act quickly. A SIM in someone else's hands can be used to receive your OTPs. Report it to your operator as soon as you can, and tell us so we can help with the replacement.

Lost or stolen SIM

Getting the old SIM blocked and a replacement issued for the same number.

Damaged or wrong size

A physically damaged SIM, or one that does not fit a new phone.

No network

When the signal disappears and the usual restart has not helped.

Worth trying before you contact anyone

Some problems solve themselves in thirty seconds. These are the checks we would run first.

  • Restart the phone once, fully
  • Take the SIM out, check for dirt or damage, and put it back in firmly
  • Try the SIM in another phone, to find out whether the problem is the SIM or the handset
  • Check that the number has not simply lapsed from long non-use
  • Turn airplane mode on and off, and check that mobile data and network selection are set to automatic
Never share an OTP. No genuine operator, distributor or bank will ask you for one — and neither will we.

Tell us what is wrong

Give us a working number to reach you on, especially if the affected number is the problem.

If the affected number is not working, give us another one.
